Condolences

I woke as I heard the message tone, exactly at 2.18 am; I received devastating news from mrSongs. Alfatihah, his mum passed away. She lost the battle, the cancer won. He just landed in Malaysia. He didn't pick up my call; I understand how difficult it is for him to talk at the moment. He's like that, I let him be. I replied his SMS and continued my sleep with few teardrops on my pillow. Friend, I'm here.

To mrArchi, it's good to 'argue' with you. The best thing about last night’s that we're not fighting. I'm not mad at all laaa. And here I gave you a nickname already huhu - mrArchi, Ok? So breathe in deep. And hold onto your words. Cause talk is cheap.

To conclude, my June is more to sad than happy. Tapi dlm hidup jgn terbawa-bawa dgn ape yg dah lepas (lesson learned). Keep moving forward. I miss the girls. But I might not be coming back to Seremban in July babes. =( Uh-oh.

Glad that June has ended. Looking forward for July…

Bring me sun and stars please. Flowers would be nice too.

Thing Worth Doing

Ken and I lay down on the beach till 4 in the morning. I rested my head on my handbag while he got sands all over his hair. As we talk we can hear the quiet whooshing noise of the ocean waves meeting the shore, the stars above us are like tiny flicks of gold, and it’s all very soothing. We closed our eyes together for a while, letting ourselves to fall asleep - but we didn’t. I caught him staring at me. To cover up, he immediately claimed that I’m cheating my sleep. Seems that letting ourselves falling in love with each other is much easier than falling asleep. But, ohh not that fast.

Because at my age, I want the kind of love that never falling out. It’s different for me now. Less urge, more thoughts. If I’m at his age, we’ll be the next power couple in college anytime soon for sure! I won’t wait like I’m now. Woww what a change of me.

If. The neverending ’ifs’ huhh? Kubilang kalau…kalau…

Anyway, maybe Ken and I should do this often. We are beach bums.

Make-Me-Myself-Happy Again! (B-R-O-K-E)

OK, it's the 4th day I went shopping, berturut-turut, overall nearly 1k abes, otak gile sket this month. I will definitely stop after this - can't afford it anymore, seriously. Just give me a chance to channel my inner stress first ok. I'll be fine really soon.

Went to East Coast Mall with Ayuni directly after work. Foremost, went straight to The Body Shop (main purpose) (kedai ni lagi!). Next, I fell in love with these white heels, aren't they look heavenly together ahhh~:

Jalan2 some more, terserempak with Mimie & sis @ Vincci, Yana & her bf @ Padini. Then Ayuni and I had dinner at Black Canyon Coffee, oh we look tired in below pics – muka balik keje laa, but our dinner was superfine:

Make-Me-Myself-Happy Weekend

I spent my weekend with dinner, movies, shopping and ice-cream. Hmm few things happened in between. Watched ‘Made of Honor’ in cinema and ‘Sex and the City: The Movie’ on low-quality DVD (oh bcoz I can’t wait much longer!). SATC rawwks – the underlying message is to keep your lover close, keep your girlfriends closer.

Euro 2008 oh-Portugal-ku

I’m not much of a football fan, but I do get excited for big championships y’know, I’ll set my heart for a team, right from the start. And for Euro 2008, it’s Portugal baby! But I didn’t watch the enthralling quarter-final between Portugal & Germany last night, cannot sbb keje pagi maa.

I was sleeping when I received this SMS all the way from Germany: “bgn2.tgk bola.germany leading portugal.2-1.hehe” I thought I was dreaming about Portugal, so in the morning I checked my phone again and asked around who won. Then I replied back to Radin “Waaa portugal aku kalahhh =(”. Tapi sampai ke tak tah sms aku tuh.

Ohh it’s the end of the road for my Portugal, my Cristiano Ronaldo to be specific hehe. Yeah that most hated, respected, ridiculed and loved; that boy my Ronaldo. Germany progresses to semi-final with well earned 3-2 victory. Heh maybe because German people have distinct height advantage. Baru je yakin Portugal leh gi final, haih sedeyyy…

On the gossip part, his current girlfriend is a spanish model Nereida Gallardo. Damn lucky bitch. But for how long we'll just have to see eh huhu

Blue

I’m wearing a blue shirt. No wonder I'm feeling blue. Nahh~ that’s not the truth.

My parents + Ija were in Kuantan, MakLang is hospitalized for kidney operation. She lost almost 12kg already. During our visit to the hospital, I sat and watched people around, most of them are unwell or sorrow or both. A lot of things were going through my mind, still are actually. I’m in a cold war with mrFoot for 2^nd time, deeper than before. There is no anger; but it’s about time for me to be firm. Partly glad, partly sad.

The good part of the day was that the sky’s blue all day. I can still smile (and I did cry). I’m just human, cheer up, things could be worse.

Business Milestone

Today (Monday, 09 June 2008) is the opening of mrFoot’s restaurant. It’s one of significant milestones in his life; let’s just wish the best of luck for him. Sila2 support eh, especially Kuantan people, do come to ‘Dhiya Wan’ restaurant regularly. Notice that it’s just across the Kuantan Post Office, nearby all the banks.

Business-wise, I know that my role is really minor at the moment but I’m always willing to give my full support. I’m not there for the opening though huhu. But the opening-flowers will be there (hopefully). I joined the ‘tong-tong’ collection with Eddy & rest of his buddies to buy the flowers for him. And thank you Eddy for the last minute effort.

Personal Milestone

On Saturday’s evening, he called, asking my whereabouts. I told him I’ll be heading to the East Coast Mall to buy a blanket. Anyway, the blanket should be part of this…Tadaaaa, I have new bedding =) lawa x? But this is not the milestone laa. He told me to stop by at the restaurant after that.

As I arrived there, quite a number of people around, more than usual. Two older folks were performing Asar prayer while others (chef’s family) were busy in the kitchen, plus Faizal. Errkk automatically in horror my thoughts went “Are they his parents? alamak dah la tak pakai tudung” Huhu. They’re his PakLong and MakLong, but still I’m cuak. He told me to salam and introduced myself to them. I nodded. He asked “awk nak kenalkan sebagai ape?” I said “em..kawan”. Sarcastically he responded “yeah bagus, mcm tu la” and then suggested “ckp la bakal…bakal” then sengih2. I shrugged because it’s not funny anymore – it was a scary surprise for me and I know he’s eager to see me react. Dah byk kali kene dah, first with his teacher, then his friends and now his close family. Deep down I bet he’s screaming “It’s showtime baby!” Jahat kann

Thankfully, all went well in time. Sembang2 with them, even though aku ni bukan paham sgt loghat org belah pantai timur. Later on, I helped the chef with the forks & spoons and went back home just before Maghrib. Owh I don’t mind telling you that mrFoot was shirtless all evening, I just kept looking down sbb malu but underneath I was jumping “Oh baby’s daddy, baby’s daddy” hahahaha buduhh gile, main2 je hahaha

Emm so now, what else dear?

Jam-packed Weekend

Occupied with plans; I knew it from the start. The thing is I felt very tired only after the weekend is over…but of course I got pleasure in the time-occupancy, always will with the people that matters… =)

Friday 30th May:

I left office at 4.45 pm, directly went back to my hometown, oh-Seremban-ku. Heavy rain along the way after I passed Muadzam Shah. My car even skidded in an attempt to speed up, cuak pulak so I maintained at 80-90 km/h. And paling tak best, I need to rally with slow trucks regularly. Reached home at 9 pm. I lepak2 borak2 with my family for a while, Syapiq and dad just got back from little accident in KL. Abess teruk part depan kete die, blame it all on my bro laa ish ishh. Then I had my shower and get ready for midnight movie outing. Watched “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” with Sha, Hafiz, Mizi, Mek, and Ija. The plot is ok, but the alien gizmo in the end makes me use the word “lerrr…” I slept close to 3 am.

Saturday 31st May:

My dad woke me up in the morning. Heh I barely pointed the car key to dad and went back to sleep - baguih punye anak kan. He took my car for its 20k km service. I woke up lazing around the house bla bla blaa. At 3.30 pm, Sha picked me up and headed to The Curve, Mutiara Damansara. Arrived at 5 pm, Diha and Zura were waiting long enough already. Then we walk off to Cineleisure to meet up with Noran and Jaja, they had a bowling tournament there. Turned out few other ex-UTP-ians were also there.

Diha said her goodbye; she has to attend her cousin’s wedding. Next Zura, Sha and I had our tea-lunch at Sushi King @ Ikano. Ja and Noran joined us soon after. After that, it was Noran’s turn to say goodbye; Pa was otw to pick her up. We stopped by at Padini Concept Store; the girls became gile kasut disitu. Oh not to forget, thanks so much Ja for the belated birthday present, I really love it =)! Next, we hit Ikea, jalan2 to buy my red ‘Lampan’ bedlamp. Ja said her goodbye, she’s joining her family at Pak Long’s. Sha plak joined her Korean-geng at Marche. So Zura and me jalan2 at the flea market before she said her goodbye. Met with Sha’s Korean-geng at Marche, join ajer dong. Fina also joined us for a while. Lastly, lepak at restaurant area blakang Mutiara Damansara for supper. Reached Seremban around 2 am. Zzzz

Sunday 1st Jun:

I woke up at 9 am, early eh? Usually I dont’t wake up that early. Then I read Sunday newspaper at the hall with my parents. My youngest sis was watching cartoon, die la tuan remote control kat rumah, tak pasal2 ktorg satu family slalu layan channel Nickelodeon & Disney. Packed my things and get ready to go back to Kuantan. After lunch, I drove back to Kuantan at 12.30pm. The journey was smoother than last Friday, but there was an accident near Pekan.

Managed to reach Kuantan by 4++pm as planned. mrFoot was waiting in the car in front of the restaurant with Faizal. He’s actually starting a restaurant business with Abg Yie. So my part for the evening is to help him cuci kedai. I cleaned up the kitchen section, so trust me, mmg confirm dapur restoran tu bersih ok. While I’m busy cleaning, mrFoot was being wickedly sweet every so often that I forgot about my tiredness. Meh nak promote sket, if you guys are in Kuantan town; do come for lunch/tea at ‘Restoran Dhiya Wan’ ea, just across the Kuantan Post Office. Will be opening soon, maybe in a week time.

The 4+1(little Nina included) of us completed our cleaning chores by 7 pm. I went back to my place, then kemas2 my things some more. After had my shower baru btul2 rase penatnye. At 9++ pm, mrFoot and Abg Yie picked me up. We went to ‘Midnight’ for dinner. Faizal came along with his gf, Han and a friend, Lin. Abg Yie membakar (in a good way) both mrFoot and me from time to time. I end up feeling a bit ‘takut’…I can’t explain it here. I just want to soothe this odd jittery feeling. Korang do pray good things for me ea. Thank you.
